Seven Days of Sips: A Curated Cocktail Countdown for World Cocktail Day

Seven Days, Seven Cocktails: A Spirited Celebration of World Cocktail Day

World Cocktail Day may fall on just one date in the calendar, but we couldn’t possibly confine our enthusiasm - and our glassware - to a mere 24 hours. Instead, we invite you to join us in a week-long toast to the art of the cocktail, featuring seven signature serves crafted with our finest spirits and a splash of good taste (and perhaps just a hint of mischief).

From bold beginnings to mellow mocktails, each day offers something to savour. So, whether you're shaking, stirring, or simply sipping - here’s to seven days of exceptional cocktails (and the odd justified indulgence).

Day 1: Midnight at the Manor

Rich. Bold. A little bit dangerous.
Ingredients:

  • 50ml Seax Vodka

  • 25ml Coffee Liqueur

  • 25ml Fresh Espresso

  • 10ml Sugar Syrup

Shake vigorously over ice and strain into a chilled coupe. It’s elegance in a glass - perfect for late-night philosophising or plotting your next great escape.

Day 2: Copper Still Cooler

Tall, crisp, and not a cucumber sandwich in sight.
Ingredients:

  • 50ml Cucumber Spirit

  • 25ml Raspberry Shrub

  • Top with Lemonade

  • Served in a tall glass over ice

Light, refreshing, and unapologetically British. Best enjoyed in the garden, ideally within earshot of bees.

Day 3: Limongino Spark

Zesty with a touch of herbaceous intrigue.
Ingredients:

  • 30ml Limongino

  • 15ml Grapefruit Shrub

  • Top with Tonic

  • Garnish with a sprig of Thyme

A sophisticated citrus-forward spritz. It's the cocktail equivalent of a sharply tailored blazer with floral lining - unexpected and delightful.

Day 4: Rhubarb Mule Mocktail

A mule with manners - no kick, all charm.
Ingredients:

  • 25ml Rhubarb Shrub

  • 15ml Sugar Syrup

  • Top with Ginger Beer

Serve over ice in a copper mug or highball. Who says you need alcohol to stir the senses?

Day 5: Smugglers Old Fashioned

Smooth, spiced, and a little bit rebellious.
Ingredients:

  • 50ml English Spiced Rum

  • 25ml Demerara Syrup

  • 3 dashes Bitters

Stir over ice and serve in a short glass. This one doesn't ask for attention—it commands it.

Day 6: The Shrubrow (Mocktail)

Bright, botanical, and low on ABV but high on charm.
Ingredients:

  • 25ml Raspberry Shrub

  • 75ml Apple Juice

  • Top with Elderflower Tonic

Elegant and refreshing. Perfect for pacing yourself (or fooling your friends into thinking you’re not).

Day 7: The Orchard’s Bloom

A floral farewell to a week well lived.
Ingredients:

  • 50ml Rhubarb Liqueur

  • 15ml Lemon Juice

  • 25ml Grapefruit Shrub

  • Top with Lemonade

Best served in a tall glass or a wine glass over ice, garnished with something green and fragrant if you’re feeling fancy. It’s summer in a glass, no matter the weather.
