We've blended fresh fruit and herbs with a zingy vinegar made from a distilled orange spirit.  None of the alcohol, all of the flavour!

Our shrubs are not a single-use drink -they are a cupboard of possibilities.

The trio gives you:

  • Raspberry & Bay for berry, herb and dinner-party serves

  • Pink Grapefruit, Ginger & Honey for bitter, citrus, warming serves

  • Garden Rhubarb for tart, clean, British-garden serves

Together they make around 60 drinks, plus dressings, glazes, desserts and sauces.

And unlike a bottle of something you opened once and then abandoned at the back of the cupboard, shrubs have the distinct advantage of being useful almost every time someone asks, “What shall we drink?”
