Add to roasting lamb, roast vegetables and chicken. Try mixing with minced beef to make delicious burgers.

You can also use this vinegar to make a very special aioli, add 2 egg yolks and a good splash of garlic vinegar with a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, slowly incorporate a neutral oil until you have a thick emulsion season with salt and enjoy.
