We can’t quite believe it either: liquid Christmas, distilled into a bottle for your festive pleasure. Made with no ordinary rum: this is our own small batch rum, fermented and distilled in copper pot stills here in England. We’ve distilled our rum with oak and hickory to impart superb complexity into our carefully crafted base spirit, which is then infused with mouthwatering spices and English sugar. We have used all of our nine years of experience as the UK’s original rum distillers to bring you this tasty treat.

Warm, Christmas baking spices on the nose, with a chorus of memorable Christmas flavours and treacly molasses rum-soaked Christmas pudding on the palate. A luxuriously smooth sip that will teleport you back to rosy memories spent by the fireside in December.
We start by fermenting and then double distilling treacly molasses at our distillery at Great Yeldham Hall. Small 200 litre copper pot stills are used to allow us to exactly grab the bits of the spirit we want: a second distillation with oak and hickory added to the still further concentrate the flavours along with adding flavour complexity, plus allowing us to further remove fiery impurities in the spirit. Our rum is then infused overnight with our five Christmas spices, with sugar added to create a spiced rum liqueur.
