Tasting Notes

Velvety, luscious tomatoes with just the right amount of sweetness and tang, with a symphony of fruity, floral and citrus flavour:  tied together with a beautiful base of rich rum. To quote David Bowie: wham bam thank you mam.

Serving suggestions

Try a liberal slathering into your bacon sandwich with some fresh chunky bread, or a generous dollop beside your brunch.  It also makes the perfect pairing with a good bowl of chips: especially quadruple-cooked vodka chips!
